This website is operated by Paul Mayrhofer, a Colorado sole proprietor doing business as Musical Relationship Portrait (“MRP”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational and pilot-stage purpose

The Site describes an artistic process explored through a limited pilot. Its content is general information, not an offer that guarantees availability, acceptance, pricing, timing, format, or any particular result.

Adults and initial territory

The public offering is presently intended for adults age 18 or older in the United States and Canada. Accessing the Site from another location does not mean MRP is offering services there.

An inquiry is not a contract

Sending an email does not create a client, participant, fiduciary, confidential, or contractual relationship. A case begins only through separate acceptance and appropriate participation and service records. Do not send sensitive relationship source through public email.

Artistic—not clinical

MRP is an artistic interpretation process. It is not therapy, counseling, mediation, diagnosis, psychological assessment, legal advice, or medical advice. MRP does not determine what a relationship objectively means and does not promise that participants will agree with an interpretation.

Separate agreements and permissions

Participation, recording, source processing, production scope, payment, delivery, revisions, ownership, participant use, and public evidence permissions are governed by separate records when applicable. Participation never automatically authorizes public use of a name, image, quotation, story, recording, or musical work.

Website content

Unless otherwise identified, the Site’s text, design, organization, and original materials belong to MRP or are used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for personal, informational purposes. You may not copy substantial Site content, remove rights notices, falsely imply endorsement, republish materials commercially, or use the Site or its content to violate law or another person’s rights.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with Site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape the Site in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person, or use public contact addresses for spam, harassment, or unlawful activity.

Third-party services and availability

The Site and email pathway depend on third-party hosting, domain, email, and network services. MRP may change, suspend, or discontinue Site content or availability. External services are governed by their own terms and practices.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. MRP aims to keep its information accurate and useful but does not warrant uninterrupted access or that all content is complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MRP is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational Site.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Colorado law, without overriding mandatory rights that may apply where you live. No arbitration agreement is created by these Site terms.

Changes and contact
