Privacy and stewardship
Privacy Notice
A plain-language account of what the public website and email inquiry pathway do—and do not—collect.
Your information should have a defined purpose.
Effective September 4, 2026
Musical Relationship Portrait (“MRP”) is operated by Paul Mayrhofer, a Colorado sole proprietor. This notice applies to the public MRP website and messages sent to MRP’s public email addresses.
Information you choose to provide
The website does not contain an inquiry form. If you email MRP, we receive your email address, the name and other information you include, the content of your message, and ordinary correspondence details such as date and time.
Please do not send relationship histories, recordings, transcripts, health information, or other sensitive personal material through public email. Private participation begins only through a separate invitation and acknowledgment.
Technical information
MRP does not intentionally use analytics, advertising trackers, or behavioral profiling on this website. The hosting service may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, device or browser information, requested pages, and timestamps. MRP does not receive a visitor-level analytics dashboard from the present Site configuration.
How inquiry information is used
MRP may use an inquiry to respond, understand whether the project may be a fit, conduct reasonable follow-up about that inquiry, maintain correspondence, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.
An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to general promotional email. Ongoing marketing messages require separate permission and will include a way to unsubscribe.
Service providers and disclosure
MRP currently uses ChatGPT Sites for website hosting and Hostinger for domain and email services. These providers may process information to deliver, secure, and maintain their services under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or complete a legitimate business transition subject to appropriate safeguards.
MRP does not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising, or use it for automated profiling.
Retention
- An inactive inquiry that does not become a case is normally deleted within 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
- An active prospect’s correspondence may be retained while meaningful discussions continue.
- A marketing subscription is retained while active. After an opt-out, MRP may keep the minimum suppression record needed to honor it.
- Records needed for legal, tax, payment, security, or dispute purposes may be retained for the applicable period.
United States and Canada
MRP is based in Colorado and initially serves adults in the United States and Canada. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate. Privacy protections may differ between jurisdictions.
Your choices and requests
You may ask whether MRP holds personal information about you and request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable exceptions. You may also withdraw marketing permission at any time.
Email requests to privacy@musicalrelationshipportrait.com. MRP may take reasonable steps to verify a request before acting.
Security
MRP uses reasonable administrative and technical care appropriate to this limited inquiry pathway. No email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, which is why sensitive participant material must not be sent through public email.
Adults only
The public offering is intended for adults age 18 or older. MRP does not knowingly seek personal information from children through this website.
Separate participant system
This notice does not replace the separate participation, recording, processing, retention, production, or public-use records required for an MRP participant case. Sending an inquiry does not create a participant relationship or authorize publication.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the website or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
